"The main reason for a low review is that I don't mind the Low priority taking a while for completion, but I was waiting at my desk for over 3 hours for someone to take on my case. I paid extra for a priority assist and 3 hours seems a bit too long for a priority queue....
My Booster 'Sweet' I have nothing against him as when it comes to my account, I am an Immortal player and know queue times can be really long. Sweet did well but very disappointed with the service for appointing a booster."
